Every move is different, so we give you a custom quote based on your specific details rather than a generic price list.

Payment is usually made after the work is completed. For international moves we may — as set out in the contract — ask for an advance once loading is finished. You can pay in cash or by bank transfer.

Yes. We carry liability insurance up to EUR 30,000, and this basic cover is included in the price of every move. If you need a higher limit, we can take out additional cover for your specific job, up to the sum you choose. Please report any damage to our team immediately — for damage reported after the fact we unfortunately cannot guarantee that a claim can be processed.

Yes, we can provide all the packing materials needed. By default we protect your furniture with stretch film and moving blankets. If you have specific requirements, we also supply boxes, tape, bubble wrap and other materials. On request we take on the full packing service too — in that case an on-site survey before the move is essential for accurate planning.

Yes. Beyond general moves we also transport heavy, specialist items — grand pianos, upright pianos, safes, gym equipment and other heavy machinery. We have the expertise and the specialist equipment needed to move them safely.

We recommend booking your move at least one to two weeks ahead. We regularly work on larger office, hotel and gym projects that take up significant capacity, so with enough notice we can put a separate crew on your job if needed — which means we can be there on the date you want.
